New on the Developers blog: Introducing /e/OS Generic System Images

In case you missed last week’s article, read about the /e/OS Generic System Images. In the context of the /e/ project, a GSI is an easy way for users and developers to test /e/OS on most recent Android smartphones.

Check out the full post on Medium or read on the Community Forum for all the details.

Google Photo free storage is ending, why not migrate to ecloud?

As announced a few months ago, free storage at Google Photo will stop at the end of the month. Users will have to either make do with the free 15GB default cloud storage or subscribe to a paid plan.

A product like Google Photos, falls under Google Terms of Service. That means that when you upload your photos you are giving them the licence to “host, reproduce, distribute, communicate, and use your content”, “recognize patterns in what you upload”, receive “recommendations and personalized search results, content, and ads“. Scary, right?

What are you waiting for? It is the perfect time for you to switch to ecloud! Our plans now start at 1.99€ per month for 20GB.
Read more about ecloud and find the plan that works for you!
