Welcome /e/OS 1.20 and the improved Advanced Privacy!

We’re thrilled to unveil /e/OS 1.20! In this latest release, we enhanced various aspects to improve your experience with /e/OS.

Among the highlights are an upgraded PDF reader and smoother updater functionality. Third-party app support has been bolstered. Notable improvements include App Lounge that now has new criteria taken into account to provide a better Privacy Score. /e/OS 1.20 also includes some device-specific enhancements for models like Murena 2, Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+ & S9/S9+, Pixel, Pixel XL…

On the bug-fix front, stability improvements touch on camera performance, messaging, and app installations.

We are also thrilled to have Samsung Galaxy S7/S7+ models upgraded to Android 11!

And last but not least, with /e/OS 1.20 Advanced Privacy comes with improved widget and home page!

What’s improved for Advanced Privacy in /e/OS 1.20?

With this new version of /e/OS 1.20 we’ve improved Advanced Privacy’s design that now is more understandable. For instance, you can now easily be informed about the total amount of data leaks blocked by Advanced Privacy in the last 30 days.
