We’re thrilled to announce the arrival of /e/OS 1.19, bringing a host of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. Here’s a quick overview of what this release includes:
Advanced Privacy: Identify and filter apps with trackers effortlessly. Introducing a new view by tracker for enhanced transparency.
Device Updates: SHIFT6mq now supports a relockable bootloader. Fairphone 3’s upgrade guide includes a list of OTA packages. Xiaomi Redmi 3S users, your awaited update is here!
Software Upgrades: Maps upgraded to v7.1.23.49 with significant improvements, including fixed startup errors on Android 7 devices, enhanced head-up-display appearance with customizable types, and resolved errors on arm32 devices related to maps styles. Browser updated to version 119.0.6045.200. LineageOS updates with bug fixes and security patches.
Automatic Updates: OTA updates and upgrades are now checked automatically again.
Security Fixes: /e/OS v1.19.1 includes Android security patches until December 2023.
