We’re excited to bring you /e/OS 1.17 with significant improvements. Stay updated with refreshed Browser and microG, ensuring a more secure online journey. Bug fixes include functional bookmarks, smooth SMS experiences, and improved settings visibility.

Device highlights feature firmware upgrades for Fairphone 5 and Teracube 2e, with improved functionality and fixes.

This version marks the final version for Android Q; please consider upgrading for continued support if your device is compatible with a more recent Android version (the full list available at https://doc.e.foundation/devices).

Exciting news for Samsung Galaxy S7 users: an upgrade to Android 11 is on the horizon, expected to arrive in early 2024.
